We’re hiring

We have three great roles at Jersey Cyber Security Centre (CERT.JE) and these will take us to our full establishment.

The challenge is that these are specialist roles and can only be filled by residents of Jersey, Channel Islands.

Which gives me a total market for each role of, well, not lots. So I need to reach all of them and give everyone a chance.

Why should you care, you say?

Because this tiny team needs to have an outsize impact if we are to succeed in our mission. And that mission, basically, is stopping bad people from doing harm.

Being the right scale for a small island such as Jersey means staying small. Being the right national cyber capability for a leading global International Financial Centre (IFC) means being among the best.

Isn't that impossible then, you ask?

Well, no. Because if the next three hires we do are as good as the last three hires we did, that might just be all we'll need.
